CarryOn Launches "Remembrance Bridge" Service for Qingming Festival
CarryOn Shipping Platform has announced a special "Remembrance Bridge" service to help overseas Chinese in Australia honor their ancestors during Qingming Festival (Tomb Sweeping Day), which falls on April 4th this year.

The comprehensive service includes:
- Transportation of traditional offerings such as paper money, incense, and ceremonial items to specified locations in China
- Arrangement of local representatives to conduct tomb sweeping ceremonies on behalf of overseas families
- Live video streaming of ceremonies for families to participate remotely
- Delivery of special Qingming food offerings to ancestral homes
- Photographic documentation of ceremonies and grave sites
"This initiative reflects our commitment to not just moving goods, but connecting cultures and preserving important traditions," explained Zhang. "For many in the Chinese Australian community, maintaining these ancestral connections is profoundly important, especially during significant cultural observances like Qingming."
The service has already received significant interest from Chinese communities across Australia, with hundreds of bookings made since its announcement last month. CarryOn has partnered with local service providers in major Chinese cities and rural areas to ensure comprehensive coverage.
